*wrapping all the parts and necessary completions components one day prior delivery / sending for painting-staining -quality of the parts double checked prior wrapping -checking with the job in Notability to make sure you have all the parts -checking and checkmark in the To Do for what you deliver -making sure that when the truck is here everything is clear for the delivery guy -do a final check after the truck is loaded so we don't forget anything in the shop -mark in the Notability file if the job is not delivered complet -send the final file so it can be added in the To Do for the installers *sending/receiving -be on top of what enters or leaves the building -be aware of where the things are after receiving -be aware of where the things are for delivery -update the To Do with the corrent informations *building drawer boxes / cabinets -quality of the parts double checked prior assembly -checking with the job in Notability to make sure you have all the parts -checking and checkmark in the To Do and on the Velocity Board *dust/wood/garbage/cardboard bin -once they leave to be dump, we must clean underneath before they are coming back
